The Beginning
We take the time to learn about how the client wishes to use the property, their personal style, lifestyle and desires. From concept to completion, our services include visual board presentations and finishes selection, overseeing all project details while also inviting the client to collaborate so we can deliver the best final design.
Learn the Process
Concept
We will present the concept designs, consisting of floor plans with the proposed furniture layouts and any structural changes that may be required. Visual board presentations containing samples of all proposed finishes. This is a very collaborative stage where we invite our clients to give as much feedback as possible to ensure we are on the right page.
Detail
Having approved all of the concept designs we progress to the design development and detail design stage. All final custom furniture, and interior architecture drawings will be presented, along with all final finishes and selected art and accessories for clients to approve. At this stage we will also present a fully itemized breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget.
Completion
The schedule of works will be outlined and agreed. With all onsite requirements, works will begin and we will attend regular site meetings to ensure our designs are being carried out to their exact specifications and that the project is progressing as planned. We will keep the client updated throughout the process as well as oversee the entire project, allowing our client to enjoy their designing property with peace of mind.
